My Brazilian husband and I (from USA) live in Sao Paulo in an inexpensive area. But we have visted Balneário Camboriú, Florianópolis, and Foz do Iguaçu. I would estimate each of them to be more expensive than where we live now, but I would live in any of those three for sure. I would like to visit Novo Hamborgo and other German influenced areas of Brazil, since I have lived in Germany also.

@@tsiwt If you like a big city lifestyle here is SP. If you want an enjoyable beach area that would be 2 hours drive away. SP has a lot of clubs, and groups to stay busy with. We live in the far west outskirts of SP city without a car so anything we do downtown is over an hour away with buses and subway. If we stay here in SP I would like to move more downtown in a highrise. But we liked Floripa island a lot. I hope to visit Balneario Camboriu again too

We for example live in Goiania, its so safe and cheap here. also one of the best food in whole brazil you can find here tbh i can recommend everyone visit goiania at least once 💎

Just constructive criticism so that you can improve. You pronounce safety, saft and other words with a y at the end. I do understand that in Portuguese you don't pronounce the Y but it is pronounced safe teeee. Long y but pronounced EEE safe tyyyy

😆 Brazilians tend to pronounce ‘ie’ where there’s no ending ‘ie’ and don’t say it where they should. The only way to correct this is by paying attention, recording, and listening to oneself. Many English teachers won’t mention it because people nowadays get offended by anything, and English speakers may find it rude. But if they had corrected me from the start, it would’ve saved me from embarrassment.
