Thanks so much for bringing awareness always to Puerto Rico and our problems on the island. There are so many influencers who are "proud boricuas" who won't take 5 minutes out of their day to use their platform to bring awareness. They just like to use the fact that their parents or grandparents are Puerto Rican to appear exotic. It's frustrating. On top of that your willingness to be open about mental health issues helps so many more people than you realize. You never fail us and that's why you will always have my personal support. Yeah ive spoken about it on my IG too not many know exactly what is happening. Currently on my way to the affected part of the island to help deliver donations pray for me😭 its been shaking all last night hoping it calms down.

If you forget your medication, there is a specific app called Medisafe that lets you log all of your medications and it reminds you and you log that you took it/skipped etc. There’s a podcast called “Sleep with me” that really has helped with my insomnia. It’s a man who tells you bedtime stories and rambles on until you’re distracted or fall asleep. Prayers to you in your self-care and mental health journey and blessings to your family. ♥️
