There is a good lesson which i learned in a bad way :- We recently built our 1st storey on our house , a year ago which costed around 15lakhs . And the plot of 200sq yrd was around the same price in our society . But now those plots value increased and reached around 40-45 lakhs 😅 . If we stopped the plan of bulding a storey and bought a plot a year back it would be a great decision 😢
