Also learning to breathe correctly helps your jawline. Always breathe through your nose not your mouth. Your nose is meant to filter out bacteria, viruses, and etc, not your mouth. Keeping your mouth open leds to health issues, teeth issues and others. And you tongue should always rest on the roof of your mouth. If it rest on either your bottom or top teeth, your tongue will naturally push your teeth out of place. Which will naturally make your jawline more defined because your muscles are always engaged without extra energy. Add that to what he said with the jawline exercise, also overall weight loss and building your body thins out your face.

I have been diagnosed with three cancers. Stage 3 Esophageal cancer; major surgery to remove it. I beat it. I currently have 2 cancers; Stage 4 liver cancer & Stage 2/3 lung cancer. So I have that great jaw line born with it but I also improved it by just eating tough food that has to be crushed almonds at the middle and back teeth. This with the hi cheek bones and I point my beard a little and keep my mustache pointy and not past the edges of my lips. This with a fit body and man I’m getting so many signals from women it’s everyday some days it’s to much. I’m not sure people really understand what happens when you are on point. It’s not an easy life. I wouldn’t trade places with anyone but it’s much much harder being on point. Some days I may be hit on by only one women and other days up to 10 along with this comes jealous men . Man I’ve had days when I was exhausted from the likes and the dislikes.
