Yeah Sleeping Dogs was nice.I finished it several times,i found all the jade statues and unlocked all the moves.I liked that wall vertical run then he twists and kick the opponent in the head.I also liked the fact that you could handcuff the policemen when they tried to arrest you.And i also like the fact that you could put almost any npc in the trunk. The cars control was kinda unrealistic. The story was good though and also sad.The map was also kinda nice.If i remember right it had 3 expansions,Zodiac of The Island or something like this, which i liked cuz that expansion also had new moves and clothes, then was a stupid expansion with a ghoul or something which dissapointed me,and i the third one was more of free roam but you were a policeman.Kinda role playing as policeman using the mechanics from the main game.

@@n124ajdx Not really; it's only like Yakuza bc it's Asian (and even then it's 2 very different cultures and countries). In every other way they're very different besides both being open world: Yakuza you can't steal cars, attack civilians, the gameplay is separated from the world traversal in a sense, Yakuza has little to no gunplay systems, there's no English dub, Yakuza story is more anime and melodramatic while SD and GTA are more western style mafia stories, and you can't do crazy shit that isn't pre determined in Yakuza. And Yakuza has all the heat actions and guys basically being superhuman, while SD is more "grounded in reality". I love Yakuza but SD is much more GTA. C T The main reason I personally liked it a lot was cause of the family/gang system. You had your own family and there are territories you can take over and essentially control yourself. Sometimes these territories would be hit by other gangs and you had to go and promoted you drive up to your territories and have a shoot out to protect them. Also you earned income from bribing shop owners to use your protections and pay you, so there was like an income system as well. These shops would come under attack as well. That’s personally why I played it so much as a kid, it was endless fun fighting these gangs and gaining turf. Not to mention the story was also cool

KOA: Reckoning is easily one of my top most favorite games. The most accepted reason that it’s not talked about that much is because it was released during Skyrim’s glory days, when it just first released. Three classes, with 6 levels to them. My first playthrough of it was a while ago, when i barely knew how video games worked. Now, my second playthrough? That one’s the main i chose, i picked the warrior destiny. I went all the way up to conqueror. One level away from Warlord. I had become the ruler of the House of Ballads, the Truesworn of the Warsworn. I kicked everyone’s ass. Niskaru, Tuatha, Trolls, Jottun, Bolgan, I had slain all of them. I wore my Warsworn armor throughout most of the game. I defeated fate, I won every battle. All but one. *_My controller’s right joystick. I could not beat it, it had broken. Sure it was playable, but at what cost? The moment I tilted it to the left, it would not stop. It stuck. I could not beat it._* So anyways thats how I got electrocuted from messing with my controller’s innards.

Thank you for showing off Mad Max. I bought it in the first week of release. Loved everything I saw before its release. Hated it the first day I played it, felt very repetitious, little variety and boring. Came back to it a week later realizing I will never get my $60 and played it for the story. Loved it. Perfect length. Fantastic game, great car mechanics and fighting mechanics. Don't advise going ham on side missions, little to no variety there and not the way the game was meant to be played. More ideal to do that stuff along the way to the story.

Thanks for mentioning The Saboteur. It is one of my all time favorite games. A game with one of the best atmospheres that i ever encountered. And a very unique setting. The color chromatic choice for the end of every story mission was one of my favorite aspects about the game. I am so sad that they never got to finish it properly. More missions were to be added (there are 2 secondary characters that dissapear at some point and nothing is to be heard about them anymore, also a whole area that cannot be explored easily that holds an entire castle. Supposedly there should have been a mission taking place there) and a lot of other tweaks to polish the game properly. At the same time while i am sad i always think to myself that there could have been the possibility for this game to never exist, should have ea closed Pandemic earlier. Those cunts. Keeping this in mind, i am happy that the game exists the way it is rather than not existing at all.

Dragon's Dogma used to be my favorite game and I've beat it so many times that I lost count. I always wondered why the game was so underrated, because the gameplay is done extremely well and is well balanced - especially the mage class which isn't done right in most games oddly enough. The story is pretty good, but the quests and dungeons are amazing. The boss dragon was crazily well designed and had pretty phenomenal voice acting. On top of that, the developers made it so there is more to the game than just the original storyline after you "beat it" which was very cool. I'd love if Dragon's Dogma had a sequel or possibly a remake with better graphics and overall just make the game as much improved as possible.

I played way too much of Just Cause 3 after it came out. So much so that it made me rediscover the love I had for video games as a whole after spending a long time struggling and failing to find some that would hold my attention for more than 2 minutes at a time. Not only was the game ridiculous amounts of fun, but it was absolutely stunning to look at, and the different traversal options the game gives you helps you see a lot more of that world and the detail Avalanche put behind it.

Kingdom Come Deliverance is one of the best open world games i played this generation after Witcher 3. Unfortunately so many people overlooked it because of the state it got released, it's pretty flawless right now after many updates. I highly recommend the Royal Edition, the DLCs are soo worth it, such a incredible immersive game.

I like the environment feel of the game. Haven't Been to Hong Kong before but really enjoy playing this game. BTW I can speak Cantonese so that's why when I'm playing the game I always have a laugh when npcs speak local Cantonese in the game. I also love the part where we can go on a date with the girl and snap photos.

I actually just closed Mad Max before watching this video I love the game. I completely understand why some people were put off by its repetitive game play, but I think theres just enough variation to what can happen at any point, that it keeps it interesting for me. Sleeping Dogs is just straight up immersive. I still try to get at least one play through a year. I typically wait until Im on vacation to play that one so I have time to enjoy it.

I still have fond memories of the original Terminator PC game from 91. You could play as either Reese or the T-800 and got dropped into central LA and let loose to find weapons, and vehicles along with Sarah in order to accomplish your mission. Yeah its old and the open world is less then a dozen miles north and south and less east and west but in 91 that was a lot.
