To be honest, I think metro DFW has so many great areas to raise a family, it may be easier to just list cities or areas that are not great to raise a family lol! I’m not from here like a lot of people, but I’ve been in the area for 13 years now.

It’s a bit misleading to report Dallas ISD a score of B, without explaining that a little bit better. With Dallas ISD it depends on what neighborhood you live in. There are some neighborhoods that have A rated schools. However, there are some that have F rated schools. Unfortunately, financial resources are not shared equally across the ISD.

This goes for any large school district though, I don’t think it’s misleading to report a generalized statistic. Anyone looking into relocating should be looking at neighborhood schools where their children will attend.
