To be honest, none of them really do. Yes they are somewhat "secure" on any of these websites. But technically, someone could legitimately buy your book and then make it freely available on pirate sites. You can do cease and desist orders if you want to. Personally, I don't worry about it. If you build a strong marketing plan for your books, your true fans will support you anyway. I believe thieves will get what they deserve so I don't worry. All the best!

You need to build an audience if you plan on selling your book worldwide. So before you do anything, build an audience.

Regardless of where you publish, you will always have to direct traffic to your books. Publishing on a platform like Amazon alone doesn't guarantee you sales. So yes, you have to do book marketing no matter where you are.

I don't know what a credit e-Book is. Could you please describe it? Is this an eBook talking about money? Also, have you tested Gumroad or Payhip yourself? Don't always trust what people tell you. Test it for yourself before you conclude.

I write all my books myself. :) I have heard some people use PLR but even then, there is a lot of customizing and additions you have to make to make it yours. So it's a helpful tool to jump start but I personally would not recommend you depend on it.

Amazon has specific categories, so on Amazon, yes. The rest are mainly places to list and sell and may not have categories like Amazon. In either case, you need to do your own marketing to get eyeballs on your books.

Here are a few ways I have advertised- Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, author email swaps and I have an email list myself. Each day I do something to put my books in front of other people.
