I think of the whole organ 24/7 as mine was damaged in surgery in 2012. It maimed me, crippled me. Surgeon told my husband he must of cut a nerve, really?? Pain management? Not! I came home an have struggle through each day. Thankful to wake every morning. Today Jan 2022, 10 years later.I can't lift anything I can't ride in a car an after I do my chores around the house I have to go to bed I've been in this nightmare for 10 years now. Several doctors, an lots of bills for test that produced no results. I gave up an came home an after the way I was treated I will not go back I put my trust in God, Medical tyranny has been around for a long time. Be the man take No part in tyranny. Few men left, none in my area. To have so many new an established medical facilities. I think i live in a medical desert. Sad for people still seeking help.

I’m 59 just been diagnosed with mysentery panniculitis. For many, many years I’ve had periodic cramps in lower left side of abdomen. Drs said IBS as after several colonoscopies found no internal cause within the colon, intestine or sigmoid canal. I said it feels like when a certain part of my colon or intestine is full , it expands, touching on something on the outside. Like a swelling, abscess or lesion, and when it passed thru the pain or attack immediately eased. I wonder if this was a periodical swelling of the mysentery? And I wonder if younger people experiencing cramps have the 10 min CT scan I had , rather than being palmed off with IBS, then maybe this would be diagnosed and treated earlier? Waiting to be referred for further tests etc.

The messentary is a new discovery. No one I know has ever heard of it. Who is this guy?

I just heard of him, but it took 47 years for me to be diagnosed with a twisted mesenteric root. I have been in chronic pain my whole life.

The Mesentery isn't a new discovery. The Mesentery is now being defined (again) in a clearer way by Allopathic medicine.

@@ShyteiCorellianAuthor I know you wrote this a year ago, so you may never see this, but if you do, can you please write back. I have been in chronic pain for over 10 years, after a surgery and have just been diagnosed with the same.. however physician is telling me he isn't sure it would be causing my pain - it makes sense to me from what I've experienced. I would love to be able to share this possibility.

I'll have to go back and look but I thought I saw this being displayed quite clearly in a cadaver and it still held its shape
