They are balanced to the teeth. This means rule-sets are set in place to create fair gameplay for everyone involved. Sometimes we do this "dynamically". For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

From your videos its interesting to see the same consistent trend in terms of mental for ranks. Iron - Bronze: tend to have fun, uplifting, don't fret to much over mistakes. Radiant: same thing they mostly just have fun and don't fall for trash talk. --> anything in between from low to highest rank there tends to have toxic players who don't work well together and easily get annoyed by mistakes and trash talk

jett superdash - some surfaces that aren't perfectly horizontal like slopes and in this case, a moving door can cause weird collision which launches you way further than usual. There's a superdash on icebox attacker side ct for example

idk i find it lowkey cringe that jett is doing 360 spins against bronze players... it always amaze me that kids in radiant think they are better than anyone they meet IRL and in-game too. Not even talking about last 3-4 rounds they were literally playing 5vs3 which is unbalanced. With your subscribers count you cannot even find 7 responsible bronze players that can actually finish one entire match (just feeding those radiants ego more for no reason at all)
