@@human111-o7 Kundalini awakening is a complete divine affair. That means if God really wanted you will have it otherwise not. Kundalini Yoga promotes using risky bandhas etc to raise kundalini however if the energy is stuck in one chakra there will be excruciating pain and may be madness or psychosis. If your soul is not ready no matter how much you try you can't awaken your personal Goddess. However unlike the texts say you don't get any superpower awakening the energy. We shouldn't worry about awakening kundalini rather perform gayatri sadhana which cleanses body,mind and soul of impurities and depending upon your readiness and God's grace Kundalini energy will be awakened. There are also previous life work involved in it. With or without Kundalini Gayatri has tremendous potential so do it.If your body is not healthy and mind is weak then raising Kundalini will go haywire as the circuit that could handle 100KB after awakening can't handle 10000 volt. Many people who accidentally awakened the energy are in mental hospital or some are dealing with physical symptoms.
