Thank you, really helpful. Got my first SparkHire request today, need all the help I can get to prepare - and everything you're saying in the video feels right and something I could use. Re: "tell me something that's not on your resume" at 7:23 and you asking to put an answer in the comments. I am a 58yo nerd who's been in various tech roles (coding, engineering, etc.) since age 16 - but also had some side gigs long ago: was an electric boogie champion in the USSR back in 1986, delivered pizza for Numero Uno in Santa Monica in 1991 (and loved it! there was never a better opportunity to get to know the area and meet locals than this), and a few other random gigs requiring multi-hop flights on cargo planes to Siberia and hunting down Cuban oranges on a tarmac in the dark. Any tips which one of these to use in the answer? Thanks!

Once our sales went down to almost zero instantly. And our company's boss decided to make little research on why did it happen. And he started by listening to our sales departments' phone records. And unfortunately, he hear how I was doing it at first. And as I have mentioned, it was just awful. So the boss intended to fire not only me... He intended to fire almost all our department thinks that they do their work as me. And before did it he decide to listen to my last dialog with the clients. And I think God blessed me because it was the first or second call to a client after I improve my skills. And he was really impressed with how I did it so much that he praised my department boss. So in the end, he changed his mind, and our department was not fired. And I found this history out from my department boss. It was creepy to hear it. How can I compress text?

Hi there! Reduce the amount of time you spend explaining the situation. Just mention that sales were down across the company and staff cuts were on the way. No need to elaborate too much. Then talk about how you doubled down on your sales efforts and how that payed off. Good luck with your interview!

Hi! First of all, you video was very helpful so thank you so much for creating this video!:) I have a question. I'm interviewing for a position for food innovation/research and development. The experience I carry is more on food safety and food quality. One of the toughest situations I had face was regarding the food safety audit that we had. Should I use simple terms like "the audit came out with bad results" or could I go specific like "we had 5 nonconformance from the audit."
