I would advise against using the force RTL command. I thought it'd be cool since I'm a lefty but, it immediately crashed my UI making my phone useless. After looking around some forums it is apparently a common issue across different platforms and the only solution is a factory reset. Which if you're like me and have'nt some a backup in a while will lose you a decent amount of data. Hopefully I save someone the Hassel I've been dealing with for the last 45 min after watching this video.

Developer options is cool but leave background processes alone its not good for Android as it runs best when it uses more RAM either by using it for apps or for cache to make apps that are more frequently used open faster. Limiting the background processes hinders the RAM management that's built into Android thus making it run worse for speed and battery life so leave that option alone.

how about the option of (do not keep processes ,or limit background,. I found out that in do not keep processes, on saves the battery a lot but when you open an app fhe first time it takes a little time because the background memory was erased, and for the limit background I like to keep 2 to 3 apps max so the ram goes not go bananas, I tried 0 apps running and not even sms I could not receive, and in 1 app running the touch home wiz goes off all the time.

My s8 is with Sprint. I noticed ram and cache growing large very quickly. My Gboard was operating with delay to each key press. Videos stated to activate developer options and shut off background running preferences. I did that and found out that many apps don't work. Viber, Bank of America, Healow... I just shut off developer options and they began functioning. I don't know what to do moving forward. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

how about authorize wireless display?? most people don't know that miracast and screen mirroring has been turned off since lolipop, you have to go into this "hidden" menu to turn it back on. kinda of BS move on Google part. this is them trying to push chromecast on you, as chromecast works out of the box with lolipop, you don't have to access a hidden menu to activate it.

Jade NinetyFive I recommend to install Kingroot application on your device. It's a one click instant root application. Search on google for the instructions on how to use the app and search for the app to download as well. Or better yet to search on youtube on how to root your device. There are many videos on youtube on how to do it, just make sure to do it correctly. Otherwise you'll risk of bootloop (device that restarts over and over again) and brick (phone will not turn on).

I have a QUESTION for anybody that can help. I have the options opened fine and know what I want set but they're not staying set like I want. I didn't mess with changing too much so as not to get my phone screwed up. In a nutshell I changed my background processes to a limit of 4 but every other day or so I check it and it's set back to standard. I haven't turned my phone off in between so I know that's not why. Is there some switch to save changes that I'm not seeing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
