Ingredients are👇
1) Besan / Gram flour- 1Cup
2)Dessicated Coconut/ Nariyal Burada -1Cup
3)Kaju , Badam powder / Cashew ,Almond Powder-1 Cup
4) Ghee / Clarify Butter -1 Cup
5)Chini / Sugar -1 Cup
6)Chini/ Sugar -1 Cup
7)Doodh / Liquid Milk -1 Cup
How To Make This 7 Cup Barfi :--
1) Take a pan , put this pan on a burner. Now add a cup of besan in it , stir continues on low flame at least 4 to 5 minutes.
2) After 5 minutes add 1 cup of Dessicated coconut . It is our 2nd cup of ingredients . Mix and stir for 1 or 2 minutes on low flame. After 2 minutes put another 1cup of Cashew and Almond powder . Again stir nicely , flame should be between low to medium . When the mixture is aromatic then that time put 2 cups of sugar ,and 1 cup of ghee or clarified butter . You can use oil also , if you do not use ghee. Mix everything very well , and now our last cup ingredient is Liquid milk,.. add 1 cup of milk ..mix the mixture until it becomes thick . Take a plate or cake tin . Apply a few drops of ghee in it for grease , put the mixture . Leave it for 30 to 40 minutes. After 30 minutes,cut the barfi in your desired shape .You can store them for 10 to 15 days.
