Nice effort, you can include a lot of satvik stuff in day to day life. You can make green chutney with coriander, mint, Peanuts, lime juice or yoghurt, add green chilis which are not spicy(long and thick one) remove seeds. Also you can make Tomato, Peanut and ginger chutney without chillies. Then you can also add vegetables like Lauki, Zucchini, Gajar Matar, Cabbage Matar these can be easily made without onion and garlic. For breakfast you can eat gajar ki kheer, Overnight oats with berries(for antioxidants), Vegetable poha(no onion garlic), Besan cheela with paneer and salad stuffing with no onion garlic green chutney, Upma with vegetables, Gobi paneer paratha(no need of onions), Makki ki roti with added methi or reddish with dahi etc. We have endless options for satvik food in Indian cuisine. Loved the video man ❤ keep it up And a few points to add Satvik tamsik and rajsik are not only food but a whole lifestyle which is pretty tough to achieve 😅 But yeah while eating you should sit on ground over a light cloth in cross legged position and also chant pre food mantra and post food mantras That is also pretty helpful ❤

Bhai plz try 1 week jain food chelange ( Aapke liya thoda bhot easy hogo bcoz of no onion no garlic se aapko koi problem nahi hai and sunset se phela he aap kha leta ho so it would be easy ) But the main problem for you would be for potatoes 🥔 MUST TRY IT ONCE

Good evening dear Tanmay bro - How do I miss this identifying this challenge . Especially when you had given ample clues . Wow 28 meals of SK in 1 week . Hats off to you bro 💯💯💯 Oats with milk and fruits is your staple breakfast. I agree bro and I would also like to do a week of SC . The best part is you cooked your own food . Roti with Aloo Sabzi plus protein milk . Despite the fact that you had this challenge yet you didn’t miss out on your fitness regime 💯💯 Wow day 2 breakfast is really healthy . Lunch was normal but again commitment is immense . Curd rice is our staple diet . Dinner is scrumptious 😋. Beetroot is extremely healthy. I agree with you and I have done this challenge for 15 days during my weight loss journey of 80 Kgs . Wow Day 3 breakfast is awesome, Gujju diet . It’s satiating. Lunch is always good as your favourite is Gujarati Khadi . A foodie like you having immense control is mind blowing. Dinner is Handvo and yet another cool meal. Day 4 has to be good as it was a Punjabi day - Aloo Paratha with curd and protein Chaas. Lunch is simply awesome . So cute of KS’s family to send you the lunch items . Dinner is the best - Dal Makhani with Tandoori Roti . The dessert is something we also dish at home . Day 5 - Colour of your Kurta is Ocean Blue . Moong Dal Khichadi is an ideal breakfast. Wow Chole Kulcha for lunch is class SM . I like the fact that you always have a fibre for your roughage. Dinner - Paneer Tikka 👌 Day 6 - Moong Dal Chilla with fibre . Super tasty 😋. Lunch is not to my liking to be candid . Dinner looks super delicious and this would have been yummy. Final day - Milk and fruits . Dinner is super scrumptious. Tandoori Roti with S Chole and veggies . This was an incredible 7 day Satvik meal challenge and you have proven time and again as to why your are the most sincere and dedicated YT . Too good . I am so proud of you that any adjectives would fall short . Thanks dear bro and May God , eternally, bless you and your loved ones . Loads of love and huge respect 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tetra pack wala dudh acha nahi hota bhai aur milk a2 wala hi healthy hota hai cow me bhi special a2 milk milta hai Jo apne desi cows se ata hai aur buffalo ka bhi originally a2 hota hai.
