Here are a couple of things I do which helped me achieve skin without acne and glowing all day. - Use a gentle face wash that removes excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Avoid touching your face often coz our hands are generally full of germs that can cause acne when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Apply riceberry vitamin c face serum daily as it has antioxidants and it helped me reduce blemishes and I got radiant skin. - Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steam, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other things you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

But in some skin types direct application of some ingredients doesn't suit but when they mix it with other ingredients it goes well with them. It is according to how your skin reacts. I'm a Kolkata boy (21 years). I came here after 1 month of continuous using. I used besan, ruce water, glycerine, turmeric in alternative days before bath. And used aloevera gel, glycerine mixture before going to bed at night in every other alternative days.. After 1 week, I couldn't see a huge difference. But , I noticed during sweating, my face didn't look too bad like earlier. After 2 weeks, I noticed, my dark circles around eyes were reduced , smokther skin. Then also, I continued to use it .. After 3 weeks of using it, I started looking a big difference than, 21 days ago.. my dark circles were gone completely. Some dark spots due to past acnes were also vanished, brighter skin, glowing skin I never had before. Now. This is not true… I had oily acne skin. When I started to take care of my skin started to improve and within weeks I got clear and glowing skin. After trying so many remedies I never thought there'd be anything in the world which would work for me but here's an update after using it for 3 days*2 times( because my skin is super super dry) finally someone complimented me that my skin is glowing. This is first time I ever got this compliment in my 30 years. So he'll yeah this remedy works definitely for dry skin. P.s I add a little extra glycerine then whatever he mentioned in the video since my skin is very dry. Will update again after 1 month. Till then have faith and follow the process.

@@jahidurrahman9819 vitamin c, anti-oxidant foods and fruits, don't mix cold and hot food, have gaps between fruits, breakfast or lunch . don't over eat, eat half of the hunger. have heavy nd healthy breakfast, then rice dal and any non-veg especially fish with salad in lunch, dinner should be around 7pm or 8pm, sleep around 10:30pm maximum every night, sleep for 6 to 7 hours if you are above 20 age, below 20 can sleep for 8 hours, if you feel sleepy in day time, after lunch, sit normally for 5 mins and then walk 40 steps to 100 steps or say 10 to 15 minutes. and then go to take rest in sitting posture only for another 30 minutes, after that you can go to take a nap for 30 minutes to 1hour which is good for heart. Also never drink water immediately after any food. there must be 15 to 20 minutes gap. Eat less oil, less fat, no junk food.

Yoghurt+turmeric powder+lemon+ glycerine. Use this everyday after washing face with cleanser and warm water. Leav it for 30 mins and wash. This will help you. This is my recipe and I have seen results but use Yoghurt unflavoured and not curd.
