What a great spotlight on this horde base design Spartan. I counted one mutated zombie that got close to the bars (aside from the spiders who just jump/glitch right through the traps) and made it to your fast food window. What's on the menu? Lead and zapper snaps. Interesting enough about the zombie who made it close to the bars, he was winded, stunned, and turned to the side - perfect positioning for shotgun blast to the temple. Great base. Even better how it performed and you were thinking that you were in trouble. Awesome episode.

Really handled the horde well in your base GS. I don't know if many people know how important the steps leading up into an above ground base are, but your choice of full block steps is an wise one. They really help 'meter' the horde. Also, they tend not to be targeted as heavily by the AI, preferring to jump instead. If the stairs break then the base design breaks. Also smart move on the health bars. 3 candies at a time is the max buff stack and health bars give +50 to crit resist... added onto the crit resist with heavy armor, you really are a tank! Also, weren't the bears after you in the last stream? Be careful in the grand outdoors... I hope there are no bears possible there!

Regarding the steps leading into your horde base: why don't you use a 'half stepped pyramid' (like on the boom-box base) instead of normal steps? It would take more resources, but the zombies would be less likely to beat on the blocks?
