Highly recommend just using rad pills for the wasteland. By time you get all the rad mods you will likely already be getting power armor which gives resistance and you may or may not have crafted the necessary pieces required to get the 100% resistance you have to get to go into the wasteland. They’re super cheap to make and a stack of ten pills will give 150 minutes of full rad resistance. It’s just not worth the rng grind to try to get all the rad fabric before going into the wastes especially since the wastes are the best place to get the fabric pieces.

@@erikconradt416 Glock9 experienced a debuff glitch earlier on in this series if I'm not mistaken. One of his debuffs disappeared and a few people called him out on cheating.

I also completely forgot. If you’re not running with a water filter mod on your helmet and a large stack of dirty water to put out demon fireball burn debuff you’re going to be really sad especially since you don’t always see flames when you’re actually on fire. Your health just keeps mysteriously disappearing fast. You’re getting to the point where demons will be regular spawns in the world so you may want to be prepared to be on fire most of the time.

Unless he farms the hazmats dudes at the military bunker and buys all the hazmat he finds at traders to scrap it. I have found that gets you enough fabric pretty quickly.

At this point in your playthrough, the regular ammo guns are going to start being useless. Hopefully you can get lucky and get a blessed metal mod, the laser weapons to stop the Demonic regen, and coil guns do more damage against the zombies then regular guns.

If you open your inventory, and press the arrows < 0 > you can save whatever is in that slot say first 3 slots and then when you press move all to your car it will save what's in those 3 slots and will not move them. Not sure if you knew about it but thought I'd bring it up.

You don't need to farm food in DF if you know what you're doing, but farming Goldenrod, Tomatoes, and Blueberries will let you easily make black dye for ink.

That was epic! You are gonna need a sh*t ton of polymers for coil weapon ammo.. best way is to grow lots of corn. Hence a garden. Food is never a problem unless you want the special foods that give buffs. I'd plant some corn, coffee (blackstrap and regular to replace water for wellness bonus) and potatoes. Steak and potatoes were my primary meal. Also, wait till you see how awesome the junkies are with darts. Thanks for the awesome vids.

I get not getting to farming for food but darkness falls has a wellness system that benefits from certain cooked foods. The buffs that come from candy in vanilla 7days are also moved to certain dishes.

Glock, If you choose the Survivalist class you can craft a watch for very cheap after finishing the intro quest. If you have Science Crafting 3 you should be able to craft a bunch of silencers. Be on the lookout for a Portable Lathe so you can craft your own gun parts. Can be found at traders and in rare loot. For coil rounds you need to craft/take apart useless rounds for steel casings.

Just so you know, you can take other colors of dye and make them black. By combining a bunch of different dye, you can eventually make black dye to make ink. I would recommend that you create the Mastery books from the paper, instead of spending skill points on them.

The food gives you better wellness which gives you a higher healthpool. So that way the big ones don't 1-2 shot you. Really need to at least get to coil weapons. Iron/steel weapons don't cut it against demons.

A few things to remember steel can be upgraded to stainless steel and take the perk in science to use three turrents at one time loaded with iron darts. Iron darts in the turrent are beastly, especially when you add blessed metal other damage mods to it. Lastly, don't skip trash since you can fine really good stuff in it

Glock9 Eletrical Parts = Small metal pipes along the wall is wiring. All light fixtures and mining lanterns. Including the lamp w/the table. Broken vending machines. Exit signs and other electrical looking signs. Look up and look at the walls to increase your Electrical Parts gains.

@glock the purpose of food isn't for just eating it. food in darkness falls give you really good health benefits and you need farm items to make that food. so yes you are overran with food, but its like apartment living food instead of the food of the gods you could be eating. also, at this point i feel you should have just done a fetch and clear. you are killing everything you find anyway and the fetch clears giive more xp/money. it could be work trading out the shotgun ammo for slugs so the armor doesn't effect them nearly as bad. Also, if you take the time to max out the survivalist skills you can pretty much ignore all the damage you take. you'll become 100% disease resistant, you'll drop critical injuries' really often it think its like 15% chance to drop one every minute so every 6-7 minutes you a critical injury heals itself.

The laser repair tool is very good at unlocking doors. It cracks them open quickly, and lets you repair them a little as well, so they're still fully ready to hold zombies off It also has a weird glitch to it where it upgrades normal doors once, twice, then back to the first upgrade in an endless loop.

The blue power armor will be better then any armor you craft and it's radiation proof as well. It's the best armor you can get in DF. And don't forget the large blue water water bottles and dispensers, large camping coolers, laundry baskets and white garbage bins from bathrooms also give plastics. And get a rad remover on that sword asap.

You don't need a farm for food. It's more for healing stuff later, but also corn to make cornmeal which makes polymers. You need lots for coil rounds. You definitely need to drop the regular weapons and roll with coil weapons and m4. The knife guy or blade master perk is why your health stays high. So the big woman is a female behemoth, I was waiting for you to run into one of them. This mod can turn to shit really quickly. You can think you are invincible, until your ass is handed to you on a platter. It can be an eye opener!

Do you enjoy having to wrench everything for electrical, mechanical, & polyester? If not, start a fucking garden. Namely CORN for polyester. That's what ppl mean when they say garden. Also, you can craft both electrical & mechanical parts. I find setting myself up to craft these 3 items saves me time, energy, and my sanity during my raids. This includes a farm for 🌽. While wrenching can be fun, it gets fucking old mid/late game. You'll never be able to wrench enough to keep up with ammo production.
