Thanks for the episode! Re: Feral Sense: I recommend it in the green biome. There aren't too many zombies, even in cities. (Though Night 1 can be a challenge.) I hope you'll give it a try in the next series: I think it makes zombies in the wild a lot more realistic. Feral Sense is crazy in the harder biomes because so many more zombies spawn there. The wasteland turns into a non-stop Blood Moon, which can be fun but isn't a place I'd want to stay for long.

I am set up in this compound for my base right now, with my hoard night tower across the street. If you set up here, a few things i've learned- on your first pass, there are mines everywhere so keep an eye out if you don't have the perk. You can tunnel from the first floor into the main lower compound from the garage. my hatch is near the front of the garage in the center and you come in at the back end of the space where the car is up on a lift. in my spawn, the floor in the sunken living room fell through. It's a good location that has water, vending and a perimeter wall (it is compromised in the NE corner though, or mine was as a bear got in). There is a fire pit by the pool you can use if you needed or wanted as well. Really enjoyed you going through this and seeing what actions you took and whether or not they were similar to my experience.

That's a tier 4 start the generator quest POI. There's a couple more hidden rooms you haven't hit and the front door has land mines around it so watch out for those. I thought you were going to get one when you went out for your bike.

You should do the Glockfather series at the mansion, but you can only use things you get from traders. No mining, chopping trees. No crafting. No hunting or cooking. You have to buy everything you need or get it from loot. You know, like a mob boss.

PSA discovery with new alpha: The random 5 zombie dog spawn in your vicinity. Now, any # of those zombie dogs can instead spawn as a zombie bear. Something to be potentially wary of. Had 3 dogs and 2 bears pop up after finishing a poi with my measly double barrel shotgun

Have you ever thought about doing a survivalist series where you start in the snow biome and can't use the traders? This way the series would be more about pure survival and you'd be forced to make everything yourself or find it in the world. Maybe even have the requirement of using a wilderness POI as your main base?

Found that new Feral Wight and a dog at Butcher Pete’s when I was halfway through the POI… not only was there never a dog in Butcher Pete’s before, I didn’t know the Wight had been remodelled. I got a heart attack there, and when I got to the basement where the main loot is - I fucking died (almost). I’ve warned you Glock, the rest is upto ya 😂

10:13 I have a neighbour up the road, and round the corner, and down that road a bit, with a house... A LOT...bigger then this mansion. It's cool and all, but a guy nearby got a much small one, that's way more fancy with sculptures, a fountain and stuff. Really cool. Also when you're sitting down in the town green area, and a private helicopter lands in the Manor, of the local castle...there's actually a lot of rich people near where I live. Don't be jealous, if they earned it legitimately, it's their money. I worked for the old man, that was the head of the Blarney Castle Estate, less then five minutes down the road from here, as a teenager here in Ireland. Super nice guy. Excellent boss to work for. I think he died since then. It was like almost 20 years ago.

I think a Glockfather series would be a blast. You should use the 44 and that perk where you take less damage wearing a suit. Oh and because you can't prevent spawns in a poi that big (even with a land claim), anyone that spawns inside should have to be given concrete shoes and buried in the swimming pool (lure them to the pool area before you kill them.)

Laceration can be fixed by sewing kit AND / OR a medical kit. I was stuck with a laceration for ages and I read the debuff description by accident. It tells you there about the Med Kit.

Series idea: Country Club Life. The premise of this is to use the POI at 10:40 to survive using as a base and a hoard base (like the prison series) but you are not allowed to change the layout in any way other than outside areas. This would be a series based more around melee weapons and traps. The use of firearms is restricted to shotguns and single shot rifles (ie the pipe rifle, sniper rifle ect) for that country club feel

regarding air drops defult is unmarked if you mark them they will show up on your compass and map untill you log out once you log back in they will still be there but they wont be marked once you get into the 100m radius or where ever you can see the icon for box it will light up again

depending on your skill in junking things, you get forged Iron and I think you could get forged steel out of that 10K generator. But you only get additional materials every couple thousand you wrench so it's not nearly as efficient as The 'capacitor' things on powerlines or nonfunctional vending machines. That house is seriously badass and I hope you do a series there. I hope my game has that POI in it. I need to scour the world for it now.
