I'm using this same POI in my purge play through. There's a secret safe behind the LR bookcase and a secret stash behind a meter up on the roof I believe. The sundeck is a perfect place for gardening especially with the built in water supply. Great episode!!

Negative on setting a bed down. I don't want my spawn point at the house. LC block is down. Not sure about the where to place a garden yet.

Glad you like the POI! In my defense, in vanilla those are all bunny rabbits under the building. The mod converts them to zombies... ;)

I love it! Also found a couple of the secrets that a viewer pointed out. Never would have found the safe behind the living room shelves otherwise as I wasn't planning on moving the tapestry. Also, I filled in the hallway through the main supports to harden it for Seeker attacks. Great job and thanks for dropping a comment!

It was the tempered blade that was preventing the structural brace since both add durability. Serrated blade is only useful to add the damage that all mods do but also conflicts with other blade mods.

I thought the serrated blade adds 10% more on top of whatever the base chance is, plus generally extra damage. I could be mistaken though.

Not sure about that either. Thing is, there is no chance involved with a bladed weapon (or at least a knife, machete, scythe, etc.). They always cause bleed 100% of the time. Maybe the serrated just makes the bleed more intense?

I suspect that dryer/washer is the same block with a variable skin that you can access with the r key
