If you are still looking for dead meat try to find the navezgane athletic complex. The place is like a stadium with a big hole full of burnt wood and body bags. But go prepared for battle. I usually find the poi in the desert.

I’ve done the underground farm before making a 3x3 chute, like you would with a ladder, expect leave the center empty and at the top you just seal it with a “bars” block (in vanilla btw)
