Great reflection on your fast Lana! I’ve been wanting to start a social media fast this month but I’m also in conflict because I’m in the process of launching my business this month, so I have to promote and engage w my audience on social media. I want to do the SM fast though since I catch myself mindlessly scrolling on YT and IG. So do you have any suggestions on how to not break the SM fast while being an entrepreneur/ your main job requiring SM?

I would suggest fasting for a certain period of time then. maybe 4 hours or right when you wake up or before you go to bed? just simply disconnect altogether at a certain time frame and that is still considered fasting.
