the stencil one with the holder you turn the egg in was the best gadget of the whole bunch (with or without the included stencils.) you could use that alone with the rollers, cue tips or stamps for a really precise and neat finish and to avoid painting your fingers.

I think the stencil one would be cool with a light colored/ white crayon and then dye after. I always liked doing the wax resist technique, but it never comes out as clear as I want it to because I lose track of where I'm drawing.
