How to use the 7-Eleven (7-11) ATM in Japan to withdrawal money and recharging IC card.
7-Eleven is everywhere in Japan. Seven Bank is one of the few ATMs that accepts foreign cards and the transaction is fee-free. My provider does not charge ATMs fees and since Seven Bank ATMs does not charge. I get my money very close to spot rate. Always choose the local currency instead of your home currency/conversion fee. In my case, it would cost me an extra 5%.
In the second part I showed how to use the ATM in 7 Eleven to recharge the IC card (ICOCA/Suica/Pasmo). I no longer need to return the card after each trip.
