Consider implementing a feature for Neutron that enables it to communicate with all other Neutron instances. This would allow each instance to automatically adjust and share the frequency spectrum efficiently. Additionally, users could specify the role of each Neutron instance-whether it's the lead, background, or distant background-enabling it to fine-tune its adjustments based on these roles.

"Part 6 Pro": If you have to boost the gain more than 2db on the eq, your problem is somewhere else. "Part 7 Pro": Instantly boost eq lows by 5db. (with gain match I know) All I understood from this is that mixing and mastering is subjective, no matter the engineer or software. At the end of the day, find your workflow and go off that. Reference others, keep what you like, throw away what you don't. Mixing and Mastering doesn't have to be so black and white of what you CAN DO versus what you CANNOT DO. Do whatever gets YOU the sounds you want and try to have fun with it. But keep in mind, knowing most of the basics does help. Great video though, learned some cool things.

Why is upgrading from RX8 Advanced to RX10 Advanced 1200bucks? Where is my Everything bundle upgrade deal for 300 bucks? Why can't I use Native Access to download iZotope? Where is Trash 3? How many annual generations of nectars and ozones and RXs before we get something new?

Rest assured that over time, we'll develop Native Access as the preferred destination for installing and authorization, not only for Native Instruments products, but also products from iZotope and Plugin Alliance.

When using emulation channel strips, is it better to use neutron before or after in the chain, or does it even matter? Thanks.

If you need Neutron's noise gate, a more precise low-pass filter than the channel strip emulator provides, and/or Nectar's auto-leveler, I'd run those before the emulator in that order. Once you're happy with your base sound, other Neutron plugins or the Neutron mothership will work well after the emulator. But no, it doesn't really matter as long as you're getting your desired results. I personally try to get rid of unwanted noise and low frequencies before I hit any dynamics processing like auto-leveling, dynamic EQ, or compression, but that's not a hard-and-fast rule.

@@gitpho Ok makes sense, thank you! Got neutron elements 4 and haven’t used it yet but looking forward to. With the unmasking feature I might not have to worry about side chaining to get the kick and bass right. Thanks you for the help. Cheers!

the way of working in Stereo and Mid/Side shown in part 6 is completely BS, it's not how this EQ operates. it seems that this person got used to Pro-Q and thinks you can switch between all modes keeping all the bands stuck to the channel/mode they were set in, but it's not what Ozone EQ does. and all other info sounds super subjective, for instance what and why will sound "weird and strange", i don't get it.

number 6 is absolute BS. if the track sounds great with that +5 dbs boost you DO that boost. sending it back to the client saying "the mix is not good enough cause i boosted 3 dbs more than usual" shows your lack of confidence.
