Hello what of rope is used in the video? I bought a similar looking rope online to practice some knots but i can't tie knots with it as it is a little stiff ;/

use a thick shoe lace around a pencil

The 2nd one is a double overhand, the 3rd is just a barrel knot. And it's actually a slipknot
