About Hanzo's Ult: As far as I know, there is actually a tiny gap in between where the arrow disappears and where the dragons start, so it would theoretically be possible to not get hit by the arrow or the dragons despite standing directly in the path of the Ult. I tested it with the bots in the practice range.

loot boxes don't sell the higher lvl the average player becomes, cause they'll have more skins than they want, making overwatch non-profit/low profit, therefore making them losing or not gaining as much money as they could with the workers they're putting onto overwatch development, the new players/lootboxes being bought mainly pays for the servers, so that's why they're hyperfocusing on pve atm, so they can make money

So, in regards to the weird "Draw" interaction at number 1. I had a weirder, but amazing thing happen in competitive back in season 10-13 (can't remember exactly) where we weren't at a checkpoint or anything, we were at around 10 meters from checkpoint 2 on Blizz World and somehow both teams managed to push the cart to the EXACT same point by the end of the final round and it ended in a draw. It was so crazy and such a good game overall. Every lost it at what happened. Sadly I never recorded it myself.

The stun on stun thing is actually due to ROADHOG hook having priority over shatter. Hogs hook is coded so fucking weird but it's been like that since launch. Go ahead and try it you will replicate it everytime.

It needs to be. The hook is hard displacement. It need stun you first to bypass any other CC: then it tethers and pulls you a fixed distance

The stunlock changes that created the stun cancels have had some really weird interactions. The worst was when CC in blizzard would make you immune to even the slow. I remember multiple scrims where a Rein charge grabbed someone for a split second, the Rein gets flashed out of charge or killed, and the frozen enemy just walks out like nothing happened. Haven't seen that happening in ages, but honestly never considered testing if it's still in the game.

I think hooking the lamp happens before the lamp activates, during the frisbee phase. Once it hits the ground and starts to rise, it is no longer hookable. Someone should test that.

Orisa is another hero with similar ult charge mechanics as the Reinhardt clip. When Orisa ults, during the time it takes for her to place the bongo on the ground, she gains ult charge. You can usually get around 10% ult charge by hitting the ult button, and dealing damage with her primary fire as her bongo is being deployed.

I once got shattered by an enemy Reinhardt, then Doomfist charge punched midair to cancel the stun. I then countered with my own shatter and it got POTG. One of the strangest (and most memorable) moments I've ever experienced in my countless hours of Overwatch.

I don't think karq tested the first situation correctly. In Super's clip the game ended when overtime timed out because they weren't touching the cart. If there were time on the clock the cart would have moved the fixed distance after capping regardless of whether their opponent contested or they were there to push it, but because it was in overtime, and they weren't touching cart, the game ended before it could travel far enough to reach the goal. In karq's demo he was clearly touching cart on the end screen.

I agree. I think what happened in super's game is that both teams c9'd while the 17.5m animation was still going (as the both made it to the destructible doors), and for some reason as a result the opposing team got credit for the full 17.5m anyway. As a result... draw.

Regarding the Hook: It is BECAUSE of the anti-cheat system that it occurs. Unlike other games where we send our actions to a central server, which then plays all the inputs to it's version of the battlefield and then tell us the results, all our actions are relayed to all the other game units, who then individually play out the game and then send the server the results which are relayed to all. Because each of us are at different timings from the server, each of our games is slightly different with an average consensus being ruled as the game and relayed as the result. This is why we also have such a hard player limit, this would be too unwieldly as a result. The upshot is that no-one can use cheats like shooting through walls and such, because that cheat is only working on one of the twelve users. But that's where your hook glitch comes from, a necessary concession/consensus of twelve points of view.

I know it's not an actual game, but flats also did the monkey ult charge one in a jayne video a while ago, where he had to carry low ranks in a custom. along with this the same happens for grav, if you grav enemies onto a wall causing them to fall off the map after grav ends, gives ult charge too

so the stun on stun interaction to stand up from the shatter is definatly interesting and something i only saw once, but the shatter has been super weird in forever. in my about 200hrs it happend atlest a dozend of times where people just stand back up, or i hit them point blank without anything inbetween and it just misses, but on the otherhand i sometimes shatter a phara or doom out of the sky. same with the charge, you can charge through an entire team in a reinhard sized hallway and not hit anyone but at the same time you can black hole suck in someone from 5 meters away

Yesterday while playing no limit, I was hog in blizzard world, and the first obj capture, there was a sorjorn (forgot how to spell) on the roof. My hog hooked her, but it showed me hooking her a little bit through the roof because I heard a metallic sound and I saw the dust(?) of it hit a surface and I yanked her down. It was weird. Stuff like that is pretty common, I think.

Wish I had a clip but while in junkertown, at the location where the payload enters the final area via the 2nd giant blast door. If you jump up in the far right corner (facing the blast door from the defender side) Reinhardts shatter won’t affect you while you’re in the air.

I don't have any footage of it, but my genji ult got completely refunded when it got interrupted by the assassin cutscene in the retributions event. I popped blade, went on a 10k, there was a single second of ult left and the cutscene got triggered. then when it ended I had another blade which I used to get rid of the 6 enforcers.
