Kya aapne ye nahi padha gita mai ki non veg tamasic hota hai. It leads to various disease and not good for health. Animal cruelty ko bhi support karva rahe ho aap. Pakka aapne gita ache se padhi hai na madam ?

Hi Gunjan. Very informative video. In this video you mentioned not to eat fruit after dinner. But many south Indian people have a habit of eating ealichi means small size banana after dinner. Is it good or bad? Please explain. Thank you.

Go for low card diet like eat only two chapatis in breakfast, lunch and dinner, avoid rice and sugar. Walk atleast 4-5 kk daily
