I love my pure malt! In 1995 my friend was wearing Minotaur at a bar and it blew me away! I bought right after that. That was truly my first AMAZING fragrance! And Shiiyaka solid 9 out of 10!

Love your content, Stuart. I think your audio would benefit from some subtractive EQ on the high frequencies. Maybe throw a de-esser on there.

Yeah, I have to do something about the hissing. I'm acutely aware of it when I edit because it (also) causes pops when I render the video. I'm going to look up de-esser and I appreciate the advice because I'm not a sound expert. Thanks man.

Thanks for the review on the Boucheron Jaipur. It’s actually cheaper than $40, in the $28 range or better. Do you like it better than Pour Homme? For $55 you can get both at Perfume Spot.

SOTD: CK Obsession. It really has come full circle. Oajan, Ani, Grand Soir, Angels' Share, Boucheron Jaipur (same era) Bentley Intense. The citrus, cinnamon, vanilla, Amber, Obsession stands the test for what's popular today. IMO

I had the Shiyaka Red and Reflection Man is in my top 3 so when I say Mirrored Effect from Barrett Fragrences I had to try it and when it came in i immediately bought a back up bottle and sold my Red. 2 sprays only of Mirrored Effect lasts all day and it is absolutely incredible. It’s a must have if you like Reflection Man. You can thank me later.

I love the Star Man also. The Muglar that it copies I don't like because the whole Muglar Men line has a patchouli dry down that is dirty and a bit animalic for me. Star Man on the other hand is a real love.Which goes to show that clones can often be better than the originals.

The jasmine in Reflection Man turns me off. Reflection Man 45 is better in this regard to my nose but still the jasmine is to strong. Might love it if not for this. I typically don't like animalic notes and jasmine is one of those florals that smell like body odor to me.

I just saw Clémence & Chris on Fragmental discussing the two Fragrances. Chris was with you & preferred 45 but Clemence likes white florals more and preferred Reflection Man. I'm more inclined to like white florals myself but have yet to try Reflection 45.

Sure it is, but I have yet to find a clone that doesn't have some sort of twist to it and in this case I don't get spiciness. Do you? Armaf makes a lot of twists too, clone house or now.

I probably just expressed myself wrongly in the video. I have always felt it's a clone. Sometimes when you're on camera it's more complicated than just a regular discussion. You're trying to remember a lot of stuff & explain things and it doesn't always go to plan.
