Would you recommend any repeat blooming roses (shrub type) other than knockout roses?
@DelightfulSouvenirs2 жыл бұрын
My favourites are Morden Blush, Morden Sunrise, Italian Ice, Canadian Shield. All these are tolerant of Zone 4. No special protection needed. Italian ice repeat blooms as long as it’s deadheaded properly. The other there goes on flushes. I get two big flushes in my short summer.

I am happy to say that the ones that are marked Zone 4, like the distant drums, don’t need any special protection. Are you in zone 4?

What do you feed the roses?

I added lots and lots of soil conditioner (compost) when planting. Top-up in spring and again in fall. I use the compost as mulch. That’s it so far. I haven’t used any other.
