@Dre Drexler Yoo, love your channel man, always a great message. But I dont think you need TRT bro. Nor do younger men need to start thinking they should hop on it. Testosterone tends to naturally decline at 40 y/o on average. If a person were to keep training and incorporate a muscle building/explosive training regime asap; by the time they're 40 their levels of T would taper off dramatically slower than someone in their 20's who dont train whatsoever. As someone who has done a few cycles, my T would always plummet when I came off, I felt like shit, my sex drive was gone & I couldn't get it up, due to my system being shocked. When you're on TRT or gear, your body will not need to produce as much naturally secreted T since its being attained artificially. So when you hop off, your T will plummet; because your cutting that artificial source off. Continuing to take TRT when you're still young is just not worth it years later, because you will become dependent, like Bane needs his juice/gas. Me being 27 now & clean for 2 years my T has crept back up. I feel just as strong as when I was on gear without all the worry in the back of my head. Id recommend weaning yourself off. Then stopping all together. It will suck at 1st but will be worth it years to come. If I can recommend two natural supplements it would be: Maca Root & Tongkat ali or (Longjack). Both help with libido & T increases. Maca is a root. Longjack is a plant that has been shown to boost T by 37% in a 12 week period. As always dont take my word for it & do your research. Andrew Humberman goes in to the scientific studies done on each. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nX61oZuVd9t7eJY A very informative podcast in general but at (2:20:20-2:28:56) he talks about Maca Root, Longjack & Tribulus (no need for all 3). The studies on Tribulus weren't significant enough in my opinion. Also may God bless yall and your families. 💪🏿

Bro be careful with TRT. I also had low T due to dietary deficiencies for the majority of my life. I’m now in my late 30s with higher levels than I had in my 20s. Once you get on artificial T for long enough, your natural levels will never bounce back. I humbly suggest getting your natural levels back while you still can and save the TRT for when you are much older and actually need it. Love your videos for real and I’ve learned much here.

Narcissism is a spectrum. And if you read Robert Greenes, "the law of human nature," it will change the way you look at your unconscious behaviors and the way you look at others. It goes into the reason we are compensating. Like the man who always looks tough and tries to look intimidation is really afraid to be vulnerable or be perceived as weak.

Hello Drexler ! Im 6,1" Muscular , Lean , Good Posture, have a Good Sense of Fashion And Have a Pretty Decent Face . But What Im Suffering From Is Im Hella Out Of Confidence, Im So Awkward and I So Much Care What Others Think About Me , When Someone Complement Me( I usually get complements on my height , physique, fashion ) I Become Much Unconfident And Shy , I Dont Know Why. When Pretty Girls Look at Me I Struggles To keep good Eye contact and Sometimes rapidly crashes and look Away, what i feel weird. Also when i smile i feel a bit awkward and my hand literally come to my mouth to close it , im not that kind of boys who's always spitting jokes , laughing out hard and who are always in a crazy wild vibe . i always stay calm , silent , decent, and i have a good posture too , but even i still feel shy, awkward, unconfident and hella care what others would have think about me.And what i think one of main problem is i dont have good conversation or communication skill and a good voice , and the way i think . Any advice from Drexler? Or Someone else plz?It would help me a lot

You have to get out of your own head bro. Ground yourself! You listed all of these physical attributes, which are great, but you have to sharpen your mentality. Start reading and meditating. Journaling as well to get your thoughts on paper and out of your head. Box as well, this will build confidence naturally. You are the complete package and you don’t even know it yet. You got it!
@xpoz9634 Жыл бұрын

INSIDE creates OUTSIDE ! Keep this in mind brothers. 1 thing about Testoteruuun:), this is a thing that is rarely mentioned in this context, but in my case it is very important, namely winning victories, even small ones, in the fight with yourself! And most of all, fear! An example, one of many - you will say to yourself, tomorrow I get up at 7 am, but the next day you will sleep until 11 am, you will not keep your promise to yourself, then testosterone levels decrease, and otherwise it is of course the opposite :))) And it's a very positive loop :) because the more T you have over time, the more victories and testo levels you get. it grows even more :)))! God luck on the battlefield with the "black wolf" inside :) !
