Superb list. I especially liked 3, 4 and 5. Connecting with more like-minded people is one of my focuses this year. Sometimes, people feel like they should connect with certain people due to their role, but that alone is never a great way to connect with someone. I like focusing on people who are doing interesting things. #5 is a takeaway for me: I think I'll have to do some planning there. To audit my focus, I've found assessing my energizers vs. my drainers to be very helpful (i.e., increase the energizers and limit the drainers).
