I tried Already : Electrolyte Stuff Regain sometimes the dinner time is not under my control .. still i try to eat before 10 pm & i observe the food i eat Firstly , i agree with the thing that physical strength is directly proportional to Mental strength ... secondly , we all crave for that little physical intimacy with our love ones , still can't get it :( suggestion can you make a vedio of on the people you follow & who you would recommend everyone to watch or listen on youtube your fav. ones #7(Underrated) , or what kind of music you listen ..or your fav artists love your content

Great video, makes complete sense. These are what it really takes to be generally in a good space - physically, mentally and emotionally. :) I think, sunlight exposure is also a great thing that really ups our energy and wakefulness; especially in a tropical country where we are blessed with enough and more of it.

100% agree but the timing of that exposure is crucial. Early morning is ideal… and for the rest of the time sunscreen needs to be on :)

100% agree and not just the duration of sleep but getting the right amount of restorative sleep ( deep + REM sleep)
