nah it isn't if you have basically every common and rare item for the winter the bribes will be only epic and heroic, it is still crazy but not as crazy as it seems

If yall haven't figured it out, the winter bribes are dupe protected and guaranteed to drop winter items. Therefore, all anyone had to do is save their winter bribes until the very end, after opening 4 weeks worth of winter supply drops... and chances are all you would have left to get are epics and heroics, so naturally, you would get higher percentage heroic drops at the end. It's not luck, it's just smart. I did the same thing hit 2 triple heroic drops out of 8 bribes, 7 heroics overall.
