In Deep Rock Galactic, another really cool detail about kicking barrels down the launch bay, is that when you join a mission and it shows you ejecting out to Hoxxes, it also shows the barrels ejecting out into space with the pod. It's another nice detail about it.

There is a special line of dialog in deep rock galactic when you put every single barrel (excluding the one from the barrel hoop game) into the launch bay. Also if you spam mark a chunk of gold (NOT a gold vein) and keep saying “we’re rich” Mission Control has even more lines of special dialogue

Mission control and even the dwarves have funny dialogue for interacting with the lithophage samples, when standing in the drop pod and hitting call key you call to your fellow dwarves telling them to hurry up, hitting it elsewhere on the spacerig has your dwarf awkwardly cough or clear his throat. I'm still waiting for the devs to add voice lines to trying to rock and stone while holding an empty beer mug

Actually in Evil Within you can actually kill that guy by stealth stabbing him and hiding in locker and doing it again a few times, on release version. They patched it so you can't do it anymore as he'll always find you in the locker anyway if you stabbed him once sadly

seems I kinda mistaken it, it was in chapter 3 when you can actually kill him with knife stealth attack(by a LOT) and hiding in locker. It actually gives you the achievement "knife beats chainsaw". Was confused because it is the same guy.

High on Life is another one that does this. One level they know that the players will try to go out of bounds so they made an unavoidable annoying sandworm. They also hid certain characters around the map for you to find. They made a "secret boss" for you to meet. You can also kill a boss that you saved. They even have a movie theater where you can watch an entire movie in game.

In Deep Rock Galactic during a mission in multiplayer, if you find a Mushroom and ping it, your character will say "Mushroom.". If you find a Chunk of Gold during a multiplayer session, it is ritual to put on the ground and have the team ping it multiple times, thus spamming the line "We're rich!". Well if you spam these pings a certain number of times, Mission Control will a few lines about your antics.

about deep rock, it goes further: there is an achievement AND a unique quote if you put all the barrels into the launch bay. there is also a few otehr quotes if you decide to shove said barrels in the drop pod... and a further achievement should you manage to put all barrels into the drop pod

In Batman Arkham city when facing Solomon Grundy, a cool thing can happen. When your about to finish him off you can fire an electrical charge at him and it’ll show his health bar go up with a surge of energy. It’s a really cool thing to see! :)

With Portal 1: you can permanently lock yourself in the very first chamber. Bring the radio over to the door, balance the cube on it, and stand on the button. THe cube should fall into/past the door frame. If the cube is lost behind the door, Glados will give you a second cube. Try this stunt a second time, however, and you will recieve no such remorse and remain locked in the room forever. On top of that, the original XBox360/PS3 (and Switch) release of the games are from before this safety feature was added (at least for this test room), so you are locked after the very first attempt at this prank.

another funny detail in deep rock galactic, when you are in a mission you can press control to pull out your marker (idk what's the button for console) you can mark almost anything with the marker to communicate with other players, and one of the thing you can mark is a compressed gold, you can find it by digging a cave wall that have a lot of smaller gold around it (not gold veins) if you keep digging, you can find a big gold called "compressed gold" you can store in the mule to get some extra gold, if you mark the compressed gold, the character you are playing as will say "we're rich!" and if you keep marking the gold and repeating the same voiceline, mission control will say various funny dialouge (you can find it out by yourself), also the same case if you go to a biome called "fungus bogs" if you can find a giant brown mushroom and ping it, your character will say "mushroom!" (it won't work on other mushroom, just this specific type) again, if you keep marking the mushroom and repeating the same voiceline, mission control will also have some funny voicelines commenting about it, hope this detail will be featured in the next video

Fallout NV is the perfect example of video game developers predicteding what players would do. Decide to go to the Fort after killing Benny instead of meeting with House and he will be waiting at the bunker with a message for you. Disappointed that you didn't visit him first yet, everything still worked according to his plan.

If you start a new island in Animal Crossing New Horizons with your language set to Japanese, but your Switch region set anywhere else, the Nooks will compliment how good your Japanese is for a foreigner. Prey will account for all your choices during the epilogue, even completely nonsensical ones, like initially letting a character live, then killing them later. Likewise, characters will take note if you know lock combinations before you discover them in game. As of the 1.5 update in Stardew Valley, the game will reprimand you for using an item code for your name.

In Deep Rock Galactic, the lithophage tanks that were added in season 4 have information screens on the bottom that are randomized every time you load into the space rig. Rarely, the screen will say "Allan, pls add details"

Get all the barrels from the Deep Rock HQ into the launch bay and you get another message you did not play here plus an achievement. Another barrel related achievement is to select a mission, put a barrel in every seat in the launch pod then launch. Not as easy as it sounds.

1 - She really should have left Chell to rot there. Look what happened afterwards. 2 - Say what we will about the game nowadays, at least the "twins" are worth interacting with, even with their pseudo-Chisato Nishikigi trickery. 3 - If only the rest of the majority of the game had that much depth and detail put into it. 6 - Made more funnier with Half-Life 2: Episode Two in mind. Also, you should try checking out the Entropy : Zero duology, especially with details involving a certain fan favorite turret companion. 7 - This game, among many other old Marvel titles, deserves the rerelease/remaster treatment away from licensing hell. Besides, we did get Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game back in, well, a long while back.

I had been asking this for a few months now, i've found an easter egg a LONG LONG time in crysis 2. It depicts pink soldiers on top of a Apc ( Armored Personal Carrier ) with some alcohol bottles and melons scattered, it's in one of the open world mission behind the big rock pillars with pipes on top of them.

For Deep Rock Galactic if you put every barrel in the launch tube there’s more unique dialogue from mission control. Also back in the day there were 2 hidden areas that you could find, one you can actually see for yourself with Legacy launch option but sadly the second is gone forever unless you find a way to download a older version with it

For example: a fedora and a whip inside some ruins, a DVD with the cover of "The Last of Us", a pizza box in some sewers, etc. There should be 1 reference/Easter egg per level. Oh, it has achievements (on Steam) that reference movies too.
