Ummm this was AMAZING!! I'm not a great sleeper. I wake up every couple hours and it's hard for me to get back to sleep. I had this on all night, I still woke up every couple hours but I was able to fall asleep again easily, AND I had good dreams ( I don't usually dream because my quality of sleep is crap).
