This finally got my dog to stop shaking and running around. I played this, and it actually got both me and my dog asleep in the bed.

My dog was terrified of thunderstorms, and whenever they started coming should would start clawing at the tiles and carpet and trying to get through the glass windows. We did everything we could to calm her down and make her happy, including playing this on our TV. She never truly got over her fear, but she was always better when this was on and we were all sitting around the lounge room with her. She's gone now; bone cancer, nothing we could do. I don't know if this channel is automated or whatever, but I just wanted to thank you for these videos, it helped a dog who really needed it for a long time, even near the end. House/petsitting two Golden Retrievers 15yrs and 9yrs, they are Mother & Daughter. Spice (daughter) seems fairly relaxed but Mum (Inca) has been frantic. Playing this has really helped and even I can hear the thunder closing in. We ( South-East Queensland, Australia) have just experienced a huge rain bomb where it just poured down for days causing mass evacuations due to flooding, 15000 homes underwater. Now we are in for days/nights of thunderstorms. So this music has really helped.

15 minutes in and I’ve managed to calm him down and he’s asleep (it’s just raining and he already has anxiety)!! This music helps to drown out the rain sounds and also another tip for dog owners: turn on the ceiling fan or any fan, it cools and soothes them and plus it adds some extra noise to cover the rain! So my dog is extremely noise reactive and can’t handle any thunder or fireworks. She’ll start running around, will pant excessively, and can’t seem to get comfortable. My boyfriend and I decided to join her in our closet and play this video, within 10 minutes she got comfy enough to lay down and has been napping! She has prescription medication for stressful events but I’m happy we tried this before attempting to medicate her. It’s beyond comforting to see her get some relief during this storm. Thank you for this miracle and blessing. Chewy my 8 yo Corgi Chihuahua mix is terrified of thunder it starts when he hears the rain seeing him unravel...trembling, panting, crawling and pressing into my chest hurting me (like a terrified baby kangaroo trying to hide in mom's pouch) bladder or bowel accidents and extreme restlessness and fearful darting eyes. I cannot comfort him it's so painful and frustrating. I don't know his past except he was surrendered to a high kill shelter in Miami with a damaged spine ( abuse, accident? ) in a cute sweater. Whatever trauma caused his injury we managed over months and thousands of $ to get semi bladder and bowel control and he can walk with a wobble. In fact his physical therapy made him a doggie hulk with super upper body strength which he uses to lift himself up and over the doggie gate really amazing! This tape has been playing less than 5 min and he is relaxed chill and peaceful. This is miraculous. He's been on Rx medication, stress sprays, cbd, herbal collars and loud tv to cover storm sounds only THIS works. I am so grateful not just for the concept and the excellent recordings but, the extended play for long Florida storms. Blessings✨and gratitude👍💓. Thank you. 🙏👌

Thunderstorm started, my Teddy started running around and crying, for some reason this popped up on my computer screen, he laid down by computer chair, not a sound from him and he fell asleep that has been over 1 1/2 hours ago and he is still there. Thunder quit about an hour ago. Miss Lucy came laid down about the same time, but when the thunder stopped, she went to see what kind of trouble she could get into. Shared this with all my friends that have fur friends. I thank God for the pop up and I thank you for taking the time to make this.

Hope is terrified of thunder and lightning, I really wanted to calm her down so I went on KZbin and found this, I got some headphones put it on her and made sure she felt comfortable with the music, a couple minutes later she had calmed down but that didn’t stop her from being active, she moved positions and put her paw on me a couple of times, before long, she started to lay down and soon got into a comfortable position. She almost fell asleep and soon the rain, thunder, and lightning stopped but I didn’t take it off her as she was relaxed I think this made her happy thank you for giving this music to stop storm anxiety for dogs i appreciate everything you post on KZbin to calm anyone whether it’s a dog or a human etc. I really grateful and so is Hope.

We’ve been having torrential rain and thunderstorms for the last several hours in Indiana and my Aussie is going bat shit crazy panting and jumping all over me and my bed at 11:15pm. I have an anxious dog during thunderstorms. Researched a long time ago and found what freaks them out more than the noise/lights is the change in air pressure in their ears. I tried everything from valium (obviously this is not a long term solution,) to putting a tight snug dog coat on him so he feels "hugged", to pacing up and down with him - because he didn't want to be calmed. Then, the other night a storm started. I expected more of the same - anxiety, me trying to alleviate it etc. but this time it was completely different. He was calm, almost Buddha like. And then it dawned on me - my ceiling fan was on and this was breaking up the air pressure problems which caused his anxiety. I'm not saying this will help all dogs, but it certainly helped mine.

I'm sorry for you. I have a similar situation maybe. I wondered if my dog is scared of my boyfriend! She has been shaking violently for a couple of hours now. The vet nurse came out to the car and says it's neurological.

Omg he hit your dog with a stick?! 😟 Threaten him that if he ever touches them inappropriately again, if he so much as looks at them wrong, you're going to call the cops. Tell him you will record it and show it to them. Make sure he understands that you're not messing around and that its sick to hurt a poor defenseless animal who is just scared and trying to find comfort.
