That Unanimous MVP year from Steph was the single greatest season I had ever seen from any player since I started watching the game in 2001. He was the Best Player in the Game and it wasn't close. Nobody could touch him. That sprained MCL injury in the 1st round of the Rockets' series robbed us of what would've been the greatest post season run in history capped off by a championship to put a bow on top of a 73 win season.
@futurehofer156410 ай бұрын
absolutely, as a Warriors fan I wish KD had never gone there, I feel like Steph could have done so much more but it is what it is and he accomplished so much since then 🐐
@countertenorflor21079 ай бұрын
@@futurehofer1564 no, the nike empire had decided to contain curry halfway in the year of 2016, the KD move was their approach to contain curry, take away his spotlight and shift the warrior into something beatable. They willing go extra miles to stop Curry from getting more rings than lebrun, doing all the dispicable officiatings on Curry in both regular seasons and in the playoffs especially when up against their major investment lebrun james. And they failed! they think the whole world would just forget about what they did but we would never forget and this thing is going to get exposed eventually sooner or later.

it was more flashy but he commited way more turnovers aswell, he wasn't has developed in terms on strenght, IQ, and his handles have gotten tighter and smarter, the experience helps too of course. 2021 Steph imo is the best Steph ever, BUT, his 2016 season is his greatest season ever just because he was just so fast and agile and such an explosive scorer back then. The greastest individual season i've ever seen from a player. The only guy my dad, a Jordan stan, ever said "hey, if anyone compares to Jordan, that guy does".
