You can put 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 cup of milk. Also put a pinch of black pepper in it that will promote absorption of turmeric. Boil milk with turmeric powder and black pepper on low flame for 3 minutes. Drink before going to bed. This will also help to sleep.
The only thing on this list that I can even tolerate is turmeric I'm allergic to all the other stuff. So what would you suggest I do? I have found that vitamin B1 and B2 help tremendously.

I suffered from "sciatica" 3 times in my life, 1st in 2012, 2nd in 2017 & recent in 2024. The pinch nerve pains in my upper buttocks and right knee were unbearable. In my latest encounter I had to be stretched into an ambulance because walking was impossible. At the hospital I was administered 2 x Morphin injections to relieve the pains. I was prescribed Morphin and Steriod capsule for 5 and 7 days, respectively. Given the recurring history of sciatica, I will combine combined ginger & tumeric. Thank you very much for the video.

I'm glad you feel better!❤ I'm also suffering from an impinged sciatic nerve on my right side, starting right above my buttocks. It's gotten better and become more localized rather than all over my leg. I also had that pain so badly that I almost went to the emergency room with the inability to bend leg to use the toilet. My orthopedic doctor claimed they wouldn't do anything. But I'm glad I read your comment! If that happens again, I'm going to the emergency room right away. Right now I'm starting physical therapy in 2 days. I'm supposed to be trying the epidural injection on Novemer 19. But believe you me, I'm going to try every herb I've heard will help before then. Thanks for your comment. Common sense was telling me to go to the emergency room. Next time I will listen! God bless you as you continue your healing journey!🙏

I loved the detailed breakdown of each herb and how it can help with nerve damage. The explanations were clear, and I especially appreciated the focus on both the benefits and potential uses of each herb. Chamomile and turmeric are now on my radar for their nerve-supportive properties. Great job on providing such practical and accessible advice!

I already drink chamomile tea regularly. Where I live, they sell dried chamomile flowers. It's indeed good for sleeping also great for common cold relief. Where I come from, we use ginger as a sore throat remedy. I didn't know i'ts good for nerve repair. I think I will also try turmeric which I only ever use for cooking. Thanks for this vid.

I'd like to try turmeric and ashwaganda. Probably others too. I have chamomile, ginger and peppermint. I have bèn suffering from what they think is a torn rotator cuff for over 3 months, but I think its more. My nerves really bother me. It started in between my tricep and bicep on my left side. I don't know it my muscle got torn then I felt a burning sensation atart from there then it went to my shoulder to my neck then my elbow to my wrist and hands and spread to under my armpit. Now it's trying to start on my right side of my shoulder. I am going to take some of these r herbs and implement them in my daily consumption. Thank you for this video.

Use castor oil on the 'pain parts'. If you can apply, massage in, then do a warm wrap around to create heat, that would be best. However, can still apply to areas and deep massage in. All the best.

Please seek medical advice first before taking St. John's Wort. It is a wonderful curative but , there are just a few circumstances where it may be dangerous. I'm an Emergency Nurse with Chronic Depression and PTSD and because of some of my meds, it would harm me. You don't have to be on meds to be affected. Hopefully you'll get good feedback and will be able to use it. Peace ✌️
