1. after isya , dont do any hard work and go prepare to sleep as fast as you can 2. quality over quantity action, train your mindfullness 3. take care of pshycal and mental health , go work out and i dont know except spiritual act 4. set daily goals 5. make good use of silent hours, like a fasting but for senses 6. mind your own bussiness, sometimes we thinking too much about the other except than ourself 7. you can die anytime ,anywhere , so think again before you do something

May the peace of Allah be on you. Soo, at the end of this lecture you talk about death Death is not ,is not, what people imagine it to be. If we were studious, excited about raising our vibrational FREQUENCY we would find in AL Islam the way death is explain you would say like me. I die right now ,come back and die again. We all want to live, death seems stay away from those who have known fear of it. See death is the twin brother of sleep. So I should know death because I practice it every nite according to Islam your deeds are going to determine what goes on in the grave. In this way call al Islam we are told when your soul is taken you will know whether you are going to hell or heaven. Now remember succinctly speaking it's based on your deeds that you done while you on the earth. Now this what I read that changed my idea about death this is not hadith. Design your grave, I have been warn. There is know house that a individual can live in after death, EXCEPT the one he was building before his death. If he built it with GOODNESS pleasing will be his dwelling. If he built it with evil how disappointing the builder will be.
