Leading investigation team comprises of special forces and specialist of cyber crime and retired judge of High court. 3. Restore L&O by appeal and uses of force 4. Live meeting of officer related responsible for construction (recruited under PESA + CONTRACTOR+ M.p + MLA + PWD official) . 4. Resolve concern of journalists to uphold article 19 ( 1) and art 21 vis a vis fundamental duty. 5. Financial as well as criminal penalty with jail to all criminal and further investigation of his or her assets. 6 Providing govt. Schemes benefits with ensuring that concern criminal will provide basic expenditure to family monthly basis equally for reaming age of his son 7. By implementing E- OFFICE and E-karamyogi enabling transparency in future projects. Thus, by this productive and accountable authority measures we can set with public trust. Thank you

Course of action: # Investigation with the police as well as spy detectives where such nexus between buisness persons and government is invloved. # Committee on actual incident cause whether it is link to actual scenario or just it has some personal grudges moving case to divert at public spaces. This will be my 1st investigation #Public protection to families and close ones of journalist. # Strict checking to be made along the state and national borders in order to not allowing murderers out of city. # Making some immediate and long term laws for protection and freedom of press. # Making stricter rules and use of technology in order to avoid corruption cases and reduce them.

As the press is the four pillar of democracy, it should be protected for the effective administration and just democracy. Falling course of action, I would take. 1. I will appoint a fair investigation agency involving all the important stakeholders.(project workers, journalist, local people,etc). 2. I will issue an order in which every developmental project should be reviewed by the journalist show that the information to the citizen is reached. 3. I would try to convince journalist and ensure their safety measures for the future. 4 I would ensure that those were involved in murder of journalist and fraud of project should be arrested and penalised as much as soon as possible. 5. I will also appoint secret investigators locals to identify the correct people and their practises with proof so that strict action can be taken and people get aware. It is also involve the inclusivity of society and the responsibility toward the nation.
