I am getting through season two of ELEMENTARY and loving every moment. Jonny Lee Miller is a wonderful actor and has great chemistry with the stunningly gorgeous Lucy Liu. I have Trainspotting two on DVD but haven't seen it yet. The first film back in the day was astounding. That was my first introduction to Kelly MacDonald/Diane. Wowzer.

I watched Jonny Lee Miller and Victor Cumberbatch in the National Theatre production of “Frankenstein” which was filmed and shown on KZbin as a fundraiser. Both actors took turns playing either the monster or Frankenstein, so actually I watched it twice. I was blown away by JLM’s performance of both and felt as though I was watching two living acting legends. I have been a fan of BC for some years and knew about him, but not really anything about JLM, so....I put in his name in the KZbin search and saw the title of your video and thought “That’s exactly what I’m looking for.” You did a great job and I will definitely check out the movies that I can find as well as go back and watch “Elemental.” Keep up the good work. You highlighted and summarized perfectly and I look forward to seeing you do more reviews.

Thank you for the recommendations. I loved JLM in “Emma” and even in “Mansfield Park,” where he had a more secondary role. In fact, “Emma” is the film where I first noticed him. I loved the scene where he tells Emma off, and of course, the love scene at the end. I’m watching “Eli Stone” on Hulu now. What do you think of his American accent? I just finished watching “Elementary” on Hulu. I find it shocking that he wasn’t nominated for an Emmy. They must be blind! Naturally, I was saddened that the show ended, but it’s awesome that they filmed 154 episodes!

His american accent is great, as well as scottish and brittish! All around he is amazing actor! Yeah, sad about Elementary as well.. Hopefully he is working on more projects now for us to enjoy soon. ☺️

@@christiankeith201 I hope so! I just started following him on Instagram. He doesn’t post a lot, but he’ll post Stories about his pets. He also posted some BTS pics of Elementary, so that’s fun. When I first started looking at his older posts, I didn’t always get the references of the Elementary pics. But then as I continued to watch the shows, I’d get it.

@@christiankeith201 Have you heard his interview on the Scroobius Pip podcast? It’s #178. I listened to it on Spotify. I found the host irritating cuz he talked so much; I just wanted him to shut up. But Jonny was interesting. If you get to listen to it, I’d love to get your feedback on his accent. It sounds quite different to me than let’s say, in “Emma” or “Elementary.” More of a lower class accent than the accent he uses in normal interviews. Perhaps he uses something that’s a bit more of the Received Pronunciation (also known as BBC English, Queen’s English or Oxford English) in those more formal situations. Jonny seemed very comfortable when he was on the podcast, so maybe that’s his “real” accent. Anyway, would love to hear thoughts on this.

I was gonna come at you with Eli Stone, only having recently discovered on Hulu here in the states. To be quite honest, it is a difficult show for me. But it is not JLM's fault, or maybe it is...I think I am supposed to be confronted by his character. I have binged Elementary repeatedly, appreciating its focus on addiction recovery, especially for a cerebral personality. My bonus movie for you, but it's a gamble: Mars - also currently om Hulu here. I haven't seen it yet and the reviews are polarized because it is an art film. I am prepared to enjoy for the emotional play.

Elementary is Great if You Like Investigative Series's. It Has many plot angles each show and a repeating plot that goes into future Episodes. He Plays a Almost annoyingly Quirky Detective that you forget his Quirks as You get sucked into the episode plots!!! & Lucy Must have a closet the size of a 3 car garage for ALL the fashions she wears, Pleasant addition to her character!!!
