I love this bible study lesson. The explanations and examples used were concise spiritually and spoken with earnest. Pastor Dollar God is using you to convey his message of "how to do this" to young sheep like myself who struggle with strongholds and who struggle with thoughts implanted in our heads by the devil. It touched me so because for so long I've wanted so deeply to get one thing right in my life and I know it is this one thing. Spot on, Pastor Dollar. Thank you for going so in-depth on the tearing down of strongholds that are trying to build walls between us and our Father. I also appreciated your sharing your own frustration about sitting in a Church and not having a firm grasp of what a well-intentioned but perhaps overly religious teacher is saying - and just feeling constantly frustrated that 'it isn't working for me.' I believe this to be a common reason people who are truly seeking the LORD stay away from congregational and denominational settings - they don't want to "fake it" to fit in with the group. They are truly seeking their Father and need to know Him. When Churches use the false pretense that it is an inherent fault in the listener (sin, not called, not written in the book of life, etc) if they do not understand, and everyone else is acting super spiritual - like they just get it, that drives people away and often with a very FALSE sense that they somehow are not good/smart/loved enough to be saved by Jesus. You are really pointing some things out lately that I believe we, as the body of Christ, need to repent over and turn around.
