Yes, I moved back up to 200NL recently.. going well so far, running 12bb/100 but only 7k hands. The games are soft, but not as soft as 5 years ago (no surprise). The regs are definitely more aggro, tons more light 3-betting now. However, I don't play during the peak times.. I usually play late morning early afternoon, so I can't comment on what it's like nights/weekends. The overall landscape is surprisingly good. If you just build a sound, reasonably unexploitable pre-flop game.. people are still pretty bad post-flop. Thanks for the kind words!

I play local tournaments around 40 to 100 players my win rate is about 1 in 10 tournaments and final tables about 1 in 5. Calling stations are my worst nightmare. No action..sleepy...and. Hit the river... Happened to me last night. I play real live tournament..not online. Im commenting. Only because your explaining what to do about them. And i like what you say. Again after playing for 3....4 hours. Got to admit my attention and concentration is waning. Especially after listening to all the shit going on at the table 🤣🤣. But it gives me confidence to listen to someone like you explain the situation. Thanks Dave 😎🎩
