The conversion kit is amazing. I was hoping the pouch would be released in black with silver hardware soon. But i may just buy the gold hardware pouch. With the conversion kit on the market, i fear YSL may stop selling the pouch to protect their Wallet On Chain because it’s a cheaper option.

Hi Amie. I’ve never purchased anything from here but in watching other videos I’ve heard of a brand called Samorga and they have various bag liners for designer bags. For the ysl wristlet they have a liner that has two tabs on the sides to attach a chain to so that it doesn’t ruin the leather since there’s minimal contact. Just thought I’d share.

Hi Amie. I need a suggestion. I already have the Uptown clutch in the croc embossed with silver hardware as I love silver and looking to add another more everyday bag. I'm contemplating between the mini lou or the wristlet as it can be worn so many different ways but the wristlet doesn't come in silver hardware. Which would you get? Oh that's such a tough one! I'd say if you're looking for a style for evenings out etc., then the Gucci. It's one of my favourite bags to take for dinners & night out because of the mirror, detachable chain etc etc. If you want it primarily for day, then the Saint Laurent. But honestly, they're both so great - you can't go wrong with either! :)

Ahh great choice! It's such a great style. The grained leather is super durable IMO - I've never had any issues with my Saint Laurent pieces :) Colour transfer is more about the clothing you wear than the actual bag (but obviously lighter colours are more susceptible!). hey Amie! do you think the prada re-edition nylon 2005 (either the crossbody or the mini with leather strap) is a wise first luxury purchase? i really want to buy one but i am scared that in the next year or so it will be outdated. Do you think the re-edition bag itself (without the strap) is a classic?

Hi Adeline! I actually have a video coming up on this topic that may help! But in a nutshell: bags that popular don't generally get outdated that quickly - there are a few exceptions but usually styles will have a shelf life of a good few years before they begin to fade/ get discontinued. So it really depends on what kind of longevity you're looking for. For me, I imagine it's going to stay around for at least a few more years but I wouldn't necessarily term it an absolute classic that will be around for decades (very few bags do last that long though - in terms of true classic bags, you're really looking at the LV speedy, classic Chanel etc!). ❤️

Oo tough one. I think I do prefer the look of the Prada nylon over the LV canvas multi-pochette *slightly* BUT, I do think that the LV option is more versatile and probably better value overall. I showed a bunch of different looks in this video and I only scratched the surface. It can be used so many different ways and it's a lot of fun to style as a result. If I had to guess I'd say that the multi-pochette probably has a little more staying power too :)
