Dont try this recipe it turn out completely waste don’t follow steps mention in video be careful about the consistency of batter and please please don’t keep the flame on for 7 mins. In appam pan these cakes will take only 2 mins to bake well. And dont try with samolina go with maida (all purpose flour ) only

I tried it today. Some which were put in pan were over cooked. Should the pan be pre heated? If yes, for how much time. I think it should not have been pre heated. Please guide. Otherwise recipe is so simple.
