I have found my KZbin person. I started doing pole this last year, and as much fun as I'm having with it, I'm realizing how out of shape I am. I can barely lift myself onto the pole. No paid subscription for this, no nonsense, and workouts that make me want to just keep going. I am feeling the strength I have been starting to build this last week, and it feels great. Thank you so much, Jenna. I look forward to continuing this journey with you 👍🩵

Day 5 and this. See difference. Feel stronger plus lifting and cooking my own food/ better choices/ smaller portions. Been same weight my whole life but I feel better this add n ever w less time spent in my gym on cardio. Lifting more.

Had to adjust my arms on the second to the last exercise, because I don't have that much space where I have to do the wall Pilates on my front door. Great ab workout and sure to feel it tomorrow! 🙂

Is this exercise the best one for losing stomach fat? I’m hoping to get rid of my tummy fat within two months.

Hey. To lose fat you need to consume less calories than you burn. Focus on diet, and then perform regular exercise. No exercise can target belly fat specifically

Hey! Welcome 😀🩷Resistance training 🙋‍♀️it’s the best form of exercise. Mix it up with Pilates, wall Pilates and a little cardio.

Why do I get feeling that they crunches , except it’s done against wall … I can here to check some other excercise because I hate crunches and planks ..😬

Yeah it’s ab exercises against a wall. Nothing new, nothing exciting, but it works
