Really enjoyed this. Having to adjust to putting a facial massage/meditation (for me) into my schedule. Between facial massage, lymph massage & Bob & Brad, there's at least 45inutes a day to fit in the schedule. TV & Facebook will have to go.

This was wonderful, Covers everything that I love doing in a short 7 minute face yoga routine. Lately I have been choosing some of my favorites and doing a few in the morning and at night.
