@Max's Best Bootcamp could you reccommend some sort of programm with number of cycles and exercise days during the week (for example 3 cycles and 3 times/week -48 rest period -what you think is best) .Thnx a lot!

Hi Paulos! We recommend aiming for 30-60 minutes per day, 3-6 days per week. In this particular routine, try one of our 5 minute warm up videos, then knock out 3-6 round of this circuit, resting 1 minute between rounds. How did you like this routine?
