God bless you Daniel for advising young men, ave seen many situations whereby men don't trust their wives and when something bad happens to them their families are left to suffer because the wife has no idea of what the man owns and this gives way for some of the bad family members to steal the assets that belong to the family. If your a man that doesn't shear info or seek advice from your wife, that is very bad of you. why marry someone that you don't trust in the first place. If you know you mad the right choice with her, why neglect her. Communication is very important and advice too.

It may not seem like it to some, but this is a very powerful message by today's standards. Too many youth are getting their "knowledge" from outside sources, such as pornography or social media and they think it's the way to treat women and each other. The amount of people out there growing up thinking fantasy is real and cannot seem to separate or accept that you can't live life in a fantasy world is growing and it's incredibly disheartening.

It's the exact opposite for me on the first part. My wife shows me very little respect no matter how hard I try or what I do but she treats her father very respectfully. She does not like that I will not go to Catholic service with her as I am Protestant. Her family keeps telling her that I need to be Catholic and baptized or else our marriage isn't valid. This was never an issue before as we are both Christians and I didn't think it was going to be a concern but her parents are really getting into her head. Her mother is more feminist and the leader of the family. This also causes issues as I was taught that the man is the leader both spiritually and physically the head of the house so I don't know how to rectify these issues. Please pray for me. I'm not badgering my wife or anything she's a wonderful woman. I just need help. Feminism has crept into our marriage and I don't know how to eradicate it. I grew up without a father so I'm doing the best that I can.

That's a recipe for disaster. You're establishing an attitude of distrust from the beginning. Better to have honest communication about what is a responsible way to use your combined income. My wife and I only have one income yet she still gets to use what I earn because we are one flesh which is what marriage is. It's not like she doesn't work, she works very hard at home and homeschooling our kids.
