I think that Kidnap was originally pitched as a bromance. Or, at least, that is what I saw on twitter. Somewhere along the line, it was re-listed as BL. I do hope that's the case. I have no doubt Ohm will deliver no matter who he is paired with. I'm excited to see all of the new couples! I love that Gawin can be paired with anyone and still shine onscreen. Inn was fabulous as Tofu, even though I hated Teddy Bear with every fiber of my being. Great made a strong impression in Manner of Death, so I'm encouraged that he's getting his own BL. I'm probably most eager to see what Jimmy can do with a new partner.

For anyone worried about joss’s comfortability in playing this role for my golden blood he’s played a lgbtq character before in 3willbefree the series where he had intimate scenes with Tay tawan and he didn’t once look awkward and there was definitely some chemistry so I believe it’ll be no different with gawin ❤❤❤

I agree 100%! I am always amazed by these delulus who "can't breathe" and are "screaming" because of the "great chemistry" they see in a four-minute trailer which of course leads them to declare that the series is going to be "God tier" and a "masterpiece"! So they can tell the quality of a 12 or 13-episode series from a 3 or 4-minute trailer, which very often has NOTHING TO DO with the actual series and is only click bait for these nutters.

I'm hoping if Wandee Goodday doesn't start until May it's at least the beginning of May. I've been anticipating this series since it was announced. I like JossGawin. I think haha Gawin is adorable. Joss couldnt have picked a better partner, imo. Joss is a BIG guy, so they complement each other very well. I haven't heard anything about their show filming though. Have you? JimmyOhm look great together so far. I'll definitely watch. I adore Poom, I adore Up... we will see. Not sure haha but I'm staying positive.

When I heard jimmy got a new partner it was bitter sweet for me bitter because well, when i saw jimmy and tommy in why r u I felt like they really had a great connection and I was missing them ever sense the show ended so I was really looking forward to seeing them in the original cast of bed friend but when that changed I kind of already knew they probably won’t many more roles together sense that comeback would’ve been years sense why r u. And they were the couple who really got me into “the chase trope” and my personal opinion they had a better story line and connection than the main actors.But I mean it’s alright because a bl duo doesn’t need to stick together forever they can choose other partners if they please and we shouldn’t hate on them for that even if it hurts (I’m just saying my personal opinions on this cuz ik everybody’s scared of those fans who get mad at those who express the slightest bit of sadness for bl partners who moved and split up like it’s alright if you all don’t agree with my feelings but try to understand that everybody’s opinions are valid and if your ok with moving on from a bl couple then having them split up that’s great but please try to understand people who are sad about one of their most favorite bl couples splitting up they really meant a lot to me and I love them so please don’t hate on me for expressing my feelings on this sepperation)

It doesn't help much when Gmm brings new couples, but the setting falls back on tried and tested and actually boring ones, like in the two series that have just started. After series like “The Sign”, I would have liked new horizons and not the school and/or student setting. PoomUp are both outstanding performers for me. Then I remember "my lovley writer" and how the other guy, as a supporting actor, actually played the main role in this baking/confectionery story. That's what I'm looking forward to most. AND Ohm no matter where and how is always fantastic.

I personally think Joss X Gawin are being greatly underestimated by everyone. They both present very masculine with a soft side which gives them the opportunity to have an equal footing dynamic that is greatly missing in a lot of the CP couples. Ohm X Leng have this dweeby goofy bros thing going on irl but I think they could vary easily translate that to an on-screen romance. That playful nature will go well with the bickering / banter of their characters and Ohm has the experience to gel with anyone he's paired with. They weren't on the list and there's nothing official about them being a BL couple beyond cooking crush, but I think Neo and Aungpao deserve a 2024 honorable mention. For Aungpao's first acting role he definitely held his own against Neo and often stole the show over veteran actors.
